We visited the island on a weekend during summer and there were a lot of Koreans on board. Resorts are frequented by Korean students from the mainland Cebu especially during weekends. Rooms are usually fully booked during summer.

Santiago Bay - a public beach in Camotes which is famous for its fine white sand
Mangodlong Beach Resort - one of the better resorts in Camotes which is more exclusive and more expensive. Their beach is accessible only from their property. Came here for a lunch.

There are many tourist attractions in Camotes but we enjoyed kayaking at the Santiago Beach and lounging in the pool at Santiago Bay Resort. Eating at the many restos nearby the beach was an adventure itself. We failed to visit other attractions, but maybe next time.
